While you may purchase eSIMs as a guest, creating an account provides access to order history, saved plans, and faster checkout.
You may not create multiple accounts for the same individual. We reserve the right to merge or terminate duplicate accounts.
All prices are displayed in USD. Prices are inclusive of applicable fees. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the stated amount to your payment method.
After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your eSIM QR code and activation details. This email serves as your purchase confirmation and receipt.
If your payment fails, no eSIM will be issued. You will not be charged for failed transactions. Please check your card details or contact your bank if issues persist.
You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase. WeSIM is not responsible for purchases made for incompatible devices. Check our Compatibility Checker before buying.
Most eSIM plans must be installed within a specified period (typically 365 days from purchase). Plan validity begins when you first connect to data — not when you install the eSIM.
Each eSIM QR code can only be scanned and activated once on a single device. Once installed, it cannot be transferred to another device. Deleting an eSIM from your device permanently removes it.
Coverage, speeds, and network availability are determined by Airalo's partner networks and local carriers. WeSIM does not guarantee specific speeds, uptime, or coverage in any particular area. Some features (e.g., calls, SMS) may not be available depending on the plan.
Some unlimited plans are subject to a Fair Use Policy (FUP). After reaching the FUP threshold, speeds may be reduced. Plan details specify if FUP applies.

The WeSIM Partner Program is open to businesses, travel agencies, bloggers, and individuals who wish to earn commissions by referring customers. Partners must register and agree to additional Partner Program terms.
Commission rates are tiered based on sales volume (Standard 8% → Silver 12% → Gold 16% → Platinum 20%). Commissions are calculated on the net sale price, excluding taxes and refunded orders.
Payouts are processed upon request when the partner's balance reaches the minimum threshold ($20). Payments are made within 5-7 business days via bank transfer or other available methods.
WeSIM reserves the right to terminate partner accounts and withhold unpaid commissions for violations of these terms or fraudulent activity.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeSIM disclaims all warranties including:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WeSIM OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
WeSIM may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable EU regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
